Stroke Correction and Training Guides

Postby jumptrek » Fri Mar 15, 2013 11:35 am

I have just started following The Overglider Stroke Correction and Training Guide. I cannot figure out if one should stick to a period of time for each session program or swap between programs. How long should this period be if sessions are to be done one by one ? Any advise by you guys ?

Hi jumptrek

I would say that it's up to you ultimately.

A lot of beginners will start with the first session for a few weeks and once comfortable, move on to the next session and so on. It's down to your own progression and goals. If you are already swimming a fair bit and are comfortable, then mix and match the sessions.

Hope this helps a little :)

Thanks Gav. I have a clearer idea now.
