I have just finished watching the Mega Megan video that you recently posted on Youtube. Towards the end of that vid there was a drill where Paul asked Megan to try and touch the front of her chest or side with her thumb as she pulled through. This seemed to have a big impact on Megan's catch and pull allowing her to get into a high elbow position , although she seemed to find it awkward. I imagine that this is an exagerated movement when compared to the correct arm position for the catch and pull. I was wondering is someone could expand on how to use this drill to try and achieve a high elbow postion as it seems to be quite effective.
